Refund Policy

Donations to Sound Community Services are generally considered non-refundable gifts. However, if by chance you should donate in error, please inform us a donations@soundcommunityservices.org within seven (7) business days of the transaction. You will need to provide us with the full details of your transaction and produce a copy of your digital receipt.  We will consider each claim on a case-to-case basis.
